Sunday SchoolJesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and Men (Luke 2:52) The Sunday School teaches children to know the truth that are fundamental for all Christian child needs to know. The life style of the child changes at the beginning, fearing and obeying God. They become noble citizen bearing fruits to the society and the Nation. The teachers lead the children to Jesus and into God’s family, help them to understand the Bible, to be obedient to parents, elders and live a disciplinary life. The children involve in different activities, participating in quiz and competition. The Children get a firm determination and motto for the future to establish God’s kingdom on earth under the direct guidance of Apostle Walter Rajamani. A vocational Bible study is conducted for the children’s spiritual growth, an annual exhibition and excursion takes place.Youth MinistryRemember your creator in the days of your youth (Ecc 12:1)For it is the young generation who are leaders of tomorrow. Youth are enrolled and given the privilege to become members in the youth ministry under the guidance of APOSTLE WALTER RAJAMANI. Youth are trained for discipleship to go out to the field to spread the“GOOD NEWS” to do good work. Youth Meeting takes place and youth from other denomination participate. There are variety entertainments conducted to build the youth and building the church growth. Besides this, special rallies and camps are organized.Back to Top House Visiting MinistryBy this ministry we are building the church growth by visiting every new comers home, strengthening and encouraging them to come closer to God. We pray for their needs. A special team is involved in this ministry under the supervision of the committee.Back to TopHOSPITAL Visiting MinistryA team of Church workers handle this and special attention is given to those who are sick. They pray & visit and after they recover from illness, they join the nearest church and bring in more people to establish the kingdom of God.Back to TopCottage MeetingThis type of meeting is held in homes of believers on Thursdays on request of the believers. A gathering of friends, relations, non- Christians meet together to hear the Word of God. This helps many to know the truth and bring in more members to the church. This makes the church to grow stronger. Back to TopCare CellThe care – cell meeting is conducted on every Wednesdays comprising twelve members only in a group. It is compulsory for every member of the church to join the Cell. There are area leaders in every area and they are in-charge of Cell leaders. These Cell leaders are led with special care. If the group exceeds it will be divided and give birth to form a new Cell. The care cell encourages new comers close to the place where the cell operates. There is a rapid growth in the Care Cell and the required weekly message is given by Apostle Walter Rajamani to all Cell leaders to preach at the Care Cell. By this the Cell produces a healthy growth for the church and makes it stronger.Back to TopPrayer Ministry - Victory through PrayerWe have courage in God’s presence. I will make a helper suitable for him (Gen 2:18)This service is exclusively free of charge for matching partners to find a suitable partner to fit in for him/her. We entertain applications from other Christian Churches and do this service. The sharing of God’s love is shared by the same denomination, where unmarried boys and girls find their suitable life partner around the worldBack to Top Helping Orphans, Disable Children, Elders and Widows.If you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon (Isaiah 58:10)Due to the prevailing war and natural disaster in the country, there are many who lost their houses and belongings and become fatherless, widows and orphans. These people do not get proper help and attention. Since we do not have the Children’s home for Orphans and Elders home for the aged, they are facing the problems due to the above mentioned. At present they are provided shelter with their relatives. We provide the Widows, Elders and Orphans with Three Thousand Five Hundred (Rs.3500/-) per month (U$ 35) worth dry ration, and also in addition we meet the orphans’ school requirements. We do our level best to help them and to keep them comfortably. There are so many like the above who need help but we are unable to support everybody. We invite those who are can help them monthly to come forward to do so. We have a special committee to look in to the needs of the needy. They work in field researching and attending the requirements of the affected people. (Flood victims, Fire sabotage, earthquakes, Cyclone, Disease, Tsunami, Etc;) The Jesus Saves Home helps them in what ever possible way.
